专利说明:

The present invention relates to a partition wall device for tables, in particular school tables, comprising holding elements which are attachable to the respective table top of the tables, and plate-shaped elements which are releasably attachable to the support members and aligned substantially perpendicular to the table tops Form partition walls.
For teachers and students is often a matter of creating at the tables, especially the school desks, jobs that ensure the best possible working. For this purpose, it is expedient that the workstations can be designed so that they can be optimally used at the tables on which several jobs are available by means of partitions. In many cases, these are individual workplaces, but individual group workstations can also be created optimally; these workplaces are separated from the adjacent workplaces by the partitions; such partitions in particular form screens.
Such partition devices for tables are known. For example, Utility Model DE 202 014 002 547 U1 shows a mobile privacy screen for placement on a table. For this purpose, foot rests are provided, in which partitions in the form of plates can be inserted, these partitions with foot rests can then be placed anywhere on a table.
But such a designed partition device has the disadvantage that the parked on the table partitions can be easily moved with their Fußständern, also there is a large risk of tipping, unless the footrest would be very solid and designed with a large weight. This would then also mean that when transporting such partition devices this large weight would have to be dragged.
The object of the present invention is therefore to provide a partition device which can be easily constructed, which is stable, which allows a lot of flexibility and takes as little space on the table as possible. In addition, this device should have a low weight and thus be easily transportable.
According to the invention, the solution of this object is achieved in that the holding elements are equipped with fastening means by means of which the holding elements on the respective table top are detachably fastened, and that the holding elements each with at least a first slot-shaped recess and at least one second slot-shaped recess, the is aligned substantially at right angles to the first slot-shaped recess, are provided, in which slot-shaped recesses, the plate-shaped elements can be inserted.
By the fastening means with which the holding elements can be releasably secured in the region of the table top edges, the required stability is achieved, in these holding elements, the plate-shaped elements can be inserted, which form the partitions. For this purpose, the holding element are equipped at least with a first slot-shaped recess and at least one second slot-shaped recess, which are substantially perpendicular to each other, which also optimally dividing wall corners formed and partitions can be used. In addition to the great stability also results in a great deal of flexibility for attaching the partitions, on a holding element, for example, two adjoining partitions can be kept, in addition, a transverse partition can also be used.
Advantageously, at least two mutually parallel first slot-shaped recesses and at least two mutually parallel second slot-shaped recesses are provided per holding element, which can be kept in a holding element, for example, two partitions that are overlapping, so that also with respect to the length of used partitions is very flexible.
Advantageously, the holding elements are formed of an elastic plastic, which greatly simplifies their production, these holding elements can be produced, for example, in injection molds.
Advantageously, the fastening means of the holding elements are each formed as a clamping device by means of which a support surface of the holding element is clamped against the table top. As a result, on the one hand a good stability of the partition wall device is achieved, on the other hand, attaching the holding elements to the table top is very easy.
Advantageously, the clamping device is designed as a curved and resilient clamping tongue, whereby the holding element can be easily pushed onto the table top, the resilient clamping tongue, which is supported on the underside of the table top, pulls the support surface of the holding element against the top the tabletop. The attachment of the holding element to the table top can be done very easily.
Advantageously, the first slot-shaped recesses and the second slot-shaped recesses have a same width, and the plate-shaped elements have a thickness which corresponds to the width of the first slot-shaped recesses and the second slot-shaped recesses, whereby all the plate-shaped elements in any Way in the holding elements can be inserted.
Advantageously, the plate-shaped elements have a substantially rectangular shape, whereby the tables can be optimally divided.
Advantageously, the plate-shaped elements are formed from coated plates on both sides, which for example self-adhesive sticky notes can be attached to these plates.
Advantageously, at least a portion of the plate-shaped elements has a length which is substantially the width of the table
Corresponds. Thereby, the tables can be optimally divided transversely with a single plate-shaped element.
An embodiment of the invention will be explained in more detail by way of example with reference to the accompanying drawings.
It shows<Tb> FIG. 1 <SEP> in a spatial representation of a holding element with a designed as a resilient clamping tongue clamping device;<Tb> FIG. 2 <SEP> a side view of the holding element according to FIG. 1;<Tb> FIG. 3 <SEP> a view from above of the retaining element according to FIG. 1;<Tb> FIG. 4 <SEP> in a spatial and schematic representation of a school table, on which the partition device can be placed;<Tb> FIG. 5 <SEP> in a spatial representation of a school desk with a first way how a partition device can be put on;<Tb> FIG. 6 <SEP> a school table with a second possibility, how a partition device can be put on;<Tb> FIG. 7 <SEP> two school tables, which are pushed against one another at the end, with a possibility of how a dividing wall device can be put on; and<Tb> FIG. FIG. 8 shows the enlarged illustration of a retaining element of the partitioning device forming a corner, as shown in FIG. 7. FIG.
The holding element 1 for a partition wall device for tables, especially school tables, consists of a base plate 2, to which fastening means 3 are mounted, which are formed as a clamping device 4. This clamping device 4 is formed as a bent and resilient clamping tongue 5, the clamping tongue 5 is equipped at the resilient end with a bend 6. This holding element 1 can be placed on a table top, the table top comes here to lie between the support surface 7 and the clamping tongue 5, wherein the support surface 7 is formed by the directed against the clamping tongue 5 surface of the base plate 2. The holding element 1 is held by clamping on the respective table top, the support surface 7 may be provided, for example, additionally with a friction friction enhancing layer. Of course, other suitable clamping devices would be used instead of a clamping tongue 5.
On the base plate 2 projections 8 are mounted, which are formed in the holding element 1 shown here as profile elements 9, which form two first slot-shaped recesses 10 which are aligned parallel to each other, and which form three second slot-shaped recesses 11 which are also parallel aligned with each other and are arranged at right angles to the first slot-shaped recesses 10. As will be described below, the plate-shaped elements forming the dividing walls can be inserted into these first slot-shaped recesses 10 and second slot-shaped recesses 11.
The holding member 1 may for example be formed from a suitable elastic plastic, which would be suitable for producing these holding elements 1, for example, an injection molding process and thus the holding element 1 could be produced in one operation, it is also conceivable, this holding element 1 from a produce metallic material, the base plate 2 and the clamping tongue 5 could be made in one piece by means of a bending operation, then the profile elements 9 could be placed and secured to the base plate, for example by gluing or a soldering process. Of course, the projections 8 could also be formed by a body, in which the first slot-shaped recesses 10 and the second slot-shaped recesses 11 are incorporated, for example by a milling operation.
From Fig. 4, a table 12 can be seen, which can be used as a school desk. In known manner, this table 12 a table top 13, which is provided with legs 14.
This table plate 13 can now be divided, Fig. 5 shows that on this table top 13 on the right edge 15 two holding elements 1 are placed on the left edge of the table 16 also two holding elements 1 are attached, in the central region of the front table edge 17 and in the middle region of the rear edge of the table 18 is still a holding element 1 is attached. In these holding elements 1, the plate-shaped elements 19 can now be plugged, which form the partitions. A plate-shaped element 19 is inserted into the two holding elements on the right edge of the table 15, a plate-shaped element 19 is inserted into the two holding elements 1, which are used at the front table edge 17 and the rear edge of the table 18, a plate-shaped element 19 is in the holding elements. 1 used, which are attached to the left edge of the table 16, along the rear edge of the table 18, two more plate-shaped elements 19 are inserted into the three correspondingly arranged holding elements 1, thus two workstations 20 are formed, which are accessible from the front table edge 17 ago.
Another possible arrangement of plate-shaped elements 19 on a table 12 is shown in Fig. 6, in this case, only the plate-shaped element 19, which is inserted in Fig. 5 on the right side along the rear edge of the table 18, are taken out and along the left side front table edge 17 are used. Thus, two workplaces 20 are again obtained, one accessible from the front while the other is accessible from the rear. Of course, for this arrangement, as shown in Fig. 6, the two attached to the left edge of the table 16 holding elements relative to the possibility shown in Fig. 5 are displaced along the left edge of the table 16 accordingly.
Fig. 7 shows a further arrangement of tables and placed thereon plate-shaped elements, in this case two tables 12 are employed with the respective rear edge of the table 18 against each other, the holding elements 1 are in this case placed in the same manner on the table edges, as shown in FIG. 5 has been described, in these holding elements 1, in turn, the plate-shaped elements 19 are inserted such that four jobs 20 are formed, with two jobs from the front table edge 17 of the corresponding table 12 are accessible.
With this partition device thus tables 12 can be divided and different jobs are created, with a great deal of flexibility for the design of jobs is possible in Figs. 5 to 7 are shown only three options, of course, there are many more options ,
The enlarged view in Fig. 8 shows how the plate-shaped elements 19 are inserted into the holding element 1, which are used in the central region of the two right-hand table edges 15 as shown in FIG. The one plate-shaped element 19 is inserted into the first slot-shaped recess 10 of the holding element, while the other plate-shaped element 19 is inserted into the second slot-shaped recess 11 of the holding element 1.
The first slot-shaped recesses 10 and the second slot-shaped recesses 11 have a same width, the plate-shaped elements 19 also have a same thickness, said thickness of the width of the first slot-shaped recesses 10 and the second slot-shaped recesses 11 correspond. As a result, all insertable plate-shaped elements 19 can be inserted into each holding element 1.
It is also expedient that the plate-shaped elements 19, which advantageously have a rectangular shape, have a length which substantially corresponds to the width of the table, thereby the work stations 20 of a table 12 can be optimally divided. But it is also conceivable to use plate-shaped elements 19 with different lengths, in the holding elements 1 shown here, the plate-shaped elements 19, which are to be arranged in a line, are inserted into the holding elements 1, that they overlap each other, creating different Lengths of partitions can be obtained.
The plate-shaped elements 19 may be made of any suitable material, particularly suitable are hollow chamber plates made of PP plastic. These hollow panels are very light and very robust. These may for example have a thickness of 3.5 millimeters.
The holding elements 1 with their resilient clamping tongues 5 can be designed so that they can be used for example for tabletop thickness of 1.5 centimeters to 3.5 centimeters.
With these holding elements and the attachable thereon plate-shaped elements can be created at tables in practically any way from each other by acting as partitions plate-shaped elements divided jobs.
